Established in 2004 by the Fergiani Family, we are proud to be part of the community and support local authors and events.
Queen’s Park Books is the second store opened by Fergiani Books, the first being West End Lane established in 1994.
We are also proud to be partnered with the Queen’s Park Book Festival which takes place in the park every summer.
Our selection of more than 10,000 hand curated titles ranges from the classic to the contemporary.
We pride ourselves on our excellent product knowledge and personalised service and offer something for everyone in this beautifully curated bookshop.
Meet the Team:
Jess
Our store manager. An expert in children’s literature, she will find the perfect book for you or your little person. Also spends a lot of time choosing the perfect cards for every occasion.

Our assistant manager. A lover of classics, especially Sci-fi, he is sure to find any obscure title you’re looking for.
For self-published Authors
Unfortunately we cannot accept publications from self-published authors, and also cannot be responsible for submissions sent or given to the shop.
As a small, family-owned shop, we have to prioritise the many books that arrive everyday from our wholesalers so we are able to keep our shelves fresh and happy!
While we do stock lots of wonderful independent publishers, for independent authors we recommend looking into the Writers' & Artists' Yearbook for great tips on how to get the most out of publishing your book. We're a team of booksellers who love to read everything and anything, and we work with agents and publicists who source these books for us: it takes a lot of qualified individuals to make this process possible.
Our final advice is to keep reading! The more you read, the more you can understand the market and your desired target audience. Feel free to come and ask us about best sellers in all different genres.
